The Daniel Plan teaches simple ways to incorporate healthy choices into a current lifestyle and shows the kinds of food God created to keep us fit and strong. The book categorizes five key concepts for optimal health that promote success: faith, food, fitness, focus, and friends. These concepts encourage a deeper relationship with God and offer inspiration as positive choices are made each and every day.
